Jonathan Brill
Partner
Jonathan Brill has been involved with campaign compliance at both the federal and state levels for more than 25 years. He started his career handling compliance issues for a competitive congressional race. Throughout his career he has managed compliance and accounting issues for a variety of races. His experience includes managing multiple state and federal political committees. He also has significant experience in both local and statewide recounts, as well as C4 organizations and legal defense funds. He was recently cited as a subject matter expert for WFLA Channel 8 News. Jed Thomas
Partner
John E. (Jed) Thomas is a Florida practicing attorney with over 27 years of experience in politics, campaigns and compliance. He started his career in law school as a Legislative Intern in the Florida House Majority Office and was a law clerk in the House Judiciary Committee. During law school, Mr. Thomas also served as a principal aide to the Lt. Governor on his campaign and State staff. Throughout his career, he has served gubernatorial, cabinet, mayoral, county commission, and Florida House campaigns and committees across the state in their compliance action, strategy and planning. He has also assisted clients in recounts, election litigation and in proceedings in front of both the Florida Elections Commission and the Florida Ethics Commission.
